TAMMSOnline is built on the Microsoft .NET platform, powered by business class servers, and stored in secure datacenters in Plano, TX, making it a fast, secure, and reliable system. Having an internet-based system allows clients real time access to their company’s information anywhere in the world.
Benefits of an internet-based system
Cost: Using TAMMSOnline, clients don’t need to invest in a state of the art computer system or expensive database. For TAMMSOnline, the only requirements are an internet connection, a Windows-based computer, and point of sale hardware. All sales data, inventories, time clocks, etc are stored at our secure data center eliminating the risk of lost information. All backups, maintained by us, are stored separate from the data centers.
Support: Retail Software Solutions, Inc. provides 24/7/365 support via our toll free number or the helpdesk available through the TAMMSOnline software. All support is provided from our operations center in Plano, TX.
Prompt Updates: We are constantly improving TAMMSOnline based on feedback from our clients. These improvements are shared by all TAMMSOnline clients (unless otherwise requested) and are implemented by our staff during off hours, typically between 1AM-5AM CST.
Pricing: TAMMSOnline pricing starts at $200.00 per store, per month, with a one-time installation fee of $200.00. The monthly fee includes up to 10 point of sale stations with additional stations costing $20.00 per month, per station. Multiple store discounts are available, beginning with the fifth store in the chain. No long term contracts are required, and you are free to cancel your agreement by giving 30 days notice.
